We will protect your privacy and keep your personal information safe. We use powerful encryption and other security safeguards to protect customer data.
We will not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. Period.

The TRUSTe program covers only information that is collected through our websites: www.showcodepartners.com and http://scpi.sc, our SaaS platform and it’s mobile sites. The use of information collected through our SaaS shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Show Code Partners, Inc.
The Information We Collect, How We Collect It, And How We Use It
We may collect different types of personal and other information based on your use of our products and services and our business relationship with you. Some examples include:
Contact Information that allows us and the companies or people that you choose to communicate with you by your choices while using the SaaS -- including your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address so that you can initiate dialog with exhibitors through your choice of action while on a page of the SaaS – always by your choice;
SaaS session information about your scans and visits so that we can provide you and the exhibitors and organizers meaningful information about your interests as you express them by scanning and visiting various parts of the SaaS mobile site. This information is assembled into a customizable report for your access at any time during the valid access period for the SaaS service/show that you are attending.
Equipment, Performance, SCP Website Usage, Viewing and other Technical Information about your use of our systems, services, or websites.
We collect information in these ways:
You give it to us when you registered to attend a trade show or other gathering and you authorized the organizer to let us know that information to facilitate your use of the SaaS;
We collect it automatically when you visit our SaaS and request an action that requires us knowing your email or other information – such as when you request documents to be sent to your email or request a meeting with an exhibitor.
SCP collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.
We may use the information we collect in a variety of ways, including to:
Provide you with the best customer experience possible;
Provide the services you request for information – such as when you request documents to be sent to your email or request a meeting with an exhibitor;
Communicate with you regarding service updates, offers, and promotions – such as drawings or other promotions resulting from your scans to let you know that you won; you may choose to stop receiving our emails by contacting us at email@example.com.
Address network integrity and security issues;
Investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policies; and
Provide necessary or requested assistance – such as connectivity or mobile web problems.
We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as hosting provider or email service provider. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
We share your personal information with other companies, such as the trade show organizers of shows that you attend and use our service, so that they can market their products or services to you. If you do not want us to share your personal information with these companies, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or do not use our service.
We may also disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. If SCP is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
User Access and Choice
If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend, delete or deactivate it by emailing our Customer Support at email@example.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
SCP has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to SCP’s Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We will retain your information and the personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We SCP and our partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers (such as SMS text network services), use technologies such as cookies, tags, and scripts, to analyze trends, administer the website, tracking users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual and aggregated basis.
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.
We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve services we offer you, and increase your ease of use.
The security of your personal information and the information collected on the SCP SaaS is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our website (i.e. “Share This Page”), we will ask you for your friend’s email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the website. SCP stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us at email@example.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
